(4) 6 oz. salmon fillets
1/2 cup Divine Ravishing Reisling with Lemon and Thyme
2 T Olive oil
salt and pepper
Warm the jelly in the microwave or a small saucepan until able to pour. Season the salmon on both sides with salt and pepper. In a saute pan heat the olive oil over medium heat. With a basting brush, coat each side of the salmon generously with the melted jelly.When the oil is hot, cook the salmon 3-4 minutes on each side for medium rare.
